J. Eric Bickel of the University of Texas collaborated with the controversial filmmaker Bjorn Lomborg on his documentary, Cool It, which has generated debate among students of global warming. In a chapter in Lomborg's new volume, Smart Solutions to Climate Change, Bickel examines the most promising technologies for slowing climate change.
